T-SIM is a thermoforming simulation software.

Leaning on a viscoelastic resolution model, T-SIM can simulate all types of thermoforming processes: plug assisted forming, positive forming, negative forming … Its friendly interface allows a fast handling and its CAD software compatibility (Solidworks, TopSolid, Catia, AutoCAD) enables the realization of projects with professional quality.

Indeed, T-SIM authorizes an advanced use through a detailed description of the thermoforming process: he can manage up to 10 independent tools during the same simulation. The results obtained with T-SIM enable optimizing as well the equipment as the thermoforming process, because T-SIM predicts throughout the simulation and on 3D profiles:
